ipod
i finally purchased myself an ipod (4G 20GB). in anticipation and as a result of this, i want to remember to do the following things (this is mostly a list of links for myself):
- tag my music collection with this; also, clean up anything this doesn’t cover
- build some smart playlists
- grab some applescripts and set them up
- figure out some way to pull metadata from allmusic (despite problems) into id3 tags (probably the comment field)
- get some audiobooks, or at least dust off what files i have already. also, try and get some sedaris.
- get more music. perhaps set up some sort of mp3blog-wget-pull; perhaps more heavily utilize audioscrobbler or musicmobs, or epitonic or the like.
